The single person couldn’t help but laugh at the irony of the situation and thought to themselves, “This is love? Arguing over where to eat? How delightful.”
The single person went home that night, ordered a pizza, and enjoyed their solitude, feeling grateful to not have to deal with the stresses and expectations that come with being in a relationship. They went to bed with a smile on their face, grateful for their independence and freedom from the so-called “joys of love.”
